Cara has 2 years of experience in Family Medicine, women’s health, poison management, and weight management. She takes a deep interest in the health and well-being of her patients and makes every effort to help them feel and look their best.
Cara moved to Phoenix in 2005 to attend nursing school, subsequently earning a master’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University.
A California girl with a passion for singing, she taught music to high school students before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. When done with the workday, she sings with the Phoenix Chorale, hikes, strength-trains, and enjoys life with her two young sons.
