Luz Anabelle is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 10 years of experience, and she specializes in primary care. She is an alumnus of Touro University California, from where she obtained master’s degrees in Physician Assistant studies as well as in public health.
Luz Anabelle is a staunch proponent of people embracing healthier lifestyles and engaging actively in their healthcare journey, as she believes it empowers them to take purposeful charge of their lives.
She follows the same principle for her own self, practicing mindfulness to cultivate personal growth and well-being, that translates into a healthy work-life balance.
A native of California, Luz Anabelle moved to Arizona 3 years ago. She is fluent in Spanish, and outside of work she practices hot yoga, strength-trains, and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two sons.
