Dr. Timothy Gloyd has over 11 years of experience in Family Medicine. He spent his early career in rural Texas, developing invaluable expertise in inpatient medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatrics, and has also worked as an emergency room physician.
Dr. Gloyd obtained his MD from St. George’s University in the Caribbean and completed a residency program in Family Medicine at the University of New Mexico.
He treats his senior patients across a spectrum of issues, from hypertension to diabetes, and calls for regular monitoring of their health to ensure optimal wellness. His key prescription for better health is to eat well, exercise and enjoy healthy experiences.
He also makes sure to follow his own advice, and when not seeing patients, goes swimming, plays golf and tennis, and ends his day with some quality family time.
